How does appointment scheduling work?

Once accepted, you’ll receive a scheduling link to book your first session. During that session, you’ll lock in a consistent weekly time slot for your ongoing advisement. This helps keep momentum and ensures regular check-ins without the back-and-forth.

Can I purchase additional time if needed?
