How does appointment scheduling work?

Once you’re accepted, you’ll get a link to Edie’s calendar to book your first session. In that session, you’ll lock in a regular monthly time slot to keep things consistent. This helps keep momentum and ensures regular check-ins without the back-and-forth.

Can I purchase additional sessions if I need more help?

Absolutely. If you find that one hour isn’t enough, you can explore our TAB package for more support. You can also book one-off sessions at this link.
